Digital Coordinator
Our client is looking for a Digital Coordinator to join their energetic and innovative team located in St. John's, Newfoundland.
What you will be doing:

• Preloading content and monitoring social media account performance using HeyOrca
• Publishing content through social media ads, both sponsored and boosted
• Updating social media profile banners and images
• Updating Linktree, GMyBiz profiles, and company website
• Developing and reviewing copy pieces and surveys for clients and the firm
• Publishing newsletters and PR emails
• Creating reports through Google Analytics, Facebook insights, etc.
• Establishing effective goal creation and tracking through Google Analytics
• Collaborating with team on communications, marketing, content, PR strategies, and resources for both clients and the firm
• Support business development, operational, and corporate initiatives such as creating white papers, participating in strategy, and attending information sessions
• Liaising and providing creative direction to staff and contractors
• Developing an increased marketing presence for the firm by recommending strategies, tactics and channels.
• Curating, creating and publishing relevant content to reach the companys ideal customers
• Identifying threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business, and reporting notable threats to appropriate management.
• Varying administrative duties related to overall office management

What you will bring:

• A demonstrated ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy, proven by testing and metrics.
  
• Education/Experience in marketing (platforms and admin), communications (writing), or a related field (Coordination).
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
• Copywriting experience is an asset.
