Job Description

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, publishing, and optimizing digital content across various platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging and relevant content that reduces customer and colleague effort, increases engagement across digital platforms, and creates operational efficiencies. Additionally, the role involves analyzing content performance, optimizing content for search, and contributing to global content standards & governance.

Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Create high-quality digital content across various platforms, including the knowledgebase, blueprints, and chatbot

• Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and follows global content standards & brand guidelines
• Optimize digital content and searchability to increase engagement, reduce customer & colleague effort, and increase retention
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content to identify areas for process optimization, operational changes, and product improvements
• Collaborate with front line employees, management teams, and stakeholders globally to uncover gaps and pain points to be addressed
• Support initiatives to promote digital content and increase its reach and engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Technical Writing) or equivalent work experience (3+ years)
• Experience in process documentation, technical writing and editing
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and consistency in documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred:

• Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for content optimization
