Job Summary:
The Manager, Digital Contact System is responsible to manage Salesforce platform management. Working closely with partner vendors and collaborating with the internal business and IT team, the primary focus of the role is to manage Salesforce based CRM and Customer and Partner portal maintenance which need to perform business requirement processing and QA testing as well as configurations on the Salesforce platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising project and resolving bugs within Salesforce Digital Programs.
  • Analyze and documenting Business requirements and enhancements. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our business.
  • Configure Salesforce platform.
  • Analyzing Data and providing detailed feedback to improve contact systems and processes.
  • Create/Manage reporting on Salesforce.
  • Perform QA testing and all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce.com and marketing cloud project experience
  • 2+ years of managing or leading a team of CRM, Salesforce consultants/developers/admins.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Business requirement documenting for the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience working directly with vendors to tailor and customize salesforce as per business need.
  • Prior experience working in the automotive finance industry or consumer finance industry preferred.
  • Salesforce.com certifications (Admin, Sales, or Service Cloud Consultant) will be an asset.
  • In depth understanding of Salesforce, AWS, or similar Cloud Architecture.
  • Strong technology background and experience with Salesforce Cloud.
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution.
  • Experience in handling DevOps-related configuration setup, managing the execution of deployment plans, code reviews, code merges.
  • Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
