About the Position The Digital Communications Coordinator will ensure LivingWorks\' Core Beliefs and Brand translate effectively on all
LivingWorks digital platforms. They will create and execute integrated digital communications/marketing initiatives
with direction from the Global Communications Manager and the APAC Communications Manager. Their digital
expertise and skills will build the LW brand reputation, grow our audience, increase engagement, and improve our
marketing and sales outcomes. Key Accountabilities
  • Contribute to Communications/Marketing strategy and implement the tactical plan on digital platforms
  • Plan, create, publish, curate, and share engaging, consistent content across platforms (social media, web,
CRM) that increases brand awareness, builds meaningful connections with stakeholders, and encourages
and grows engagement with the LivingWorks community
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all digital channels, and ensure the content aligns with LivingWorks\'
business and strategic goals
  • Work with Innovation and Development team members to ensure content is engaging, informative and
relevant
  • Capture, analyze, and report on data/metrics, audience insights, and digital communication best practices
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
  • Attend events and conferences to document and highlight LivingWorks activities on digital channels
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Education:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in communication, marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent
experience



Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum two-three (2-3) years of digital communications/marketing, and social media content creation
and management experience across all platforms, with a proven track record of adding value to various
campaigns
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills including proven online management of digital platforms, Microsoft Office 365,

and Adobe Creative suite of tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools (i.e., Hootsuite, HubSpot, SalesForce, SharePoint)
  • Strong copywriting, editing, interviewing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in photography and videography, including editing

  • A strong pulse on and passion for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention news and activities
  • Strong adherence to detail and deadlines with solid time management skills
  • Comfortable travelling both regionally and internationally.
