to support and guide the structure of our remote production team. These roles are ideal for experienced professionals looking to contribute their expertise to a purpose-driven, project-based creative environment.

We're currently onboarding for the following positions:

Digital Collaborators (Creative Team)

Writers & Scripters

Craft short-form narrative scripts based on assigned outlines

Storyboard Artists

Develop visual storyboards from final scripts Visualize transitions, expressions, and timing for animation Collaborate closely with animation and writing teams

Voice Actors & VO Engineers

Deliver clear, engaging voice recordings in character Work with creative leads to match pacing and energy Must have access to clean recording equipment

2D/3D Asset Designers

Design characters, props, and environmental art Deliver assets in layered formats ready for animation use Maintain visual consistency across projects

Animators (2D/3D)

Animate scenes from storyboarded sequences Follow direction on timing, movement, and visual effects Use assigned tools or export to compatible formats

VFX & Compositing Artists

Apply effects to amplify key scenes (glows, lighting, HUDs, etc.) Composite visuals to unify assets and animation layers Ensure continuity and polish throughout sequences

Sound Designers & Audio Editors

Integrate dialogue, music, and sound FX Balance and sync all audio elements for final production Enhance emotional tone through sound design

Editors & Post-Production Crew

Finalize video assembly and pacing Overlay text, transitions, and finishing elements Deliver final renders in required formats Collaborate with directors to refine message and pacing Adapt tone for voice delivery and animation cues

Digital Collaborators (Operations Team)

Financial Advisor / Project Accountant

Help oversee budgeting, project cost forecasting, and financial planning Advise on sustainable growth strategies Provide reporting tools for contributors and collaborators

Legal Representative / Media Counsel

Assist in drafting contributor agreements, copyright notices, and IP protections Ensure compliance with digital content licensing and remote work standards Advise on open-source and commercial tool usage rights

HR Representative / Team Culture Manager

Maintain collaborator records and manage onboarding documentation Help build and reinforce healthy team communication practices Mediate conflict and offer guidance on team policy enforcement

Head Operations Coordinator

Support workflow systems and task assignment protocols Collaborate with team leaders to track project progress Optimize internal systems and communication channels

Requirements:

Resume and/or portfolio (non-mandatory post-secondary education) Relevant experience in your chosen role Ability to work remotely and communicate with distributed teams (Fluent in English - This is a remote position open to all candidates.) Familiarity with collaborative platforms (Project management tools)
