You will be part of a fun, fast-paced and reactive team-based work environment, where creativity and collaboration are rewarded and bringing forward ideas is a must.

You\xe2\x80\x98ll have experience in audio production combined with strong project & time management skills. It would be beneficial if your experience included working across a variety of digital audio projects, including podcasts and talent led content. An understanding of the role video content plays in amplifying digital audio content would be a plus.

What you will do...

  • Help grow Roz and Mocha\xe2\x80\x99s digital audio footprint across all platforms.
  • Help with daily audio production related to the needs of the Roz and Mocha show, including daily promos, podcast producing and audio uploading.
  • Support the Morning Show team with creation and distribution of video content across social media and web.
  • Work collaboratively with the team around creating new podcast ideas, which will help improve Roz and Mocha\xe2\x80\x99s podcast consumption and downloads.
  • Ensuring audio for the syndicated show is delivered error free and with technical precision.
  • Supporting the show deliver all client integrations across digital platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned that support building a greater listener experience and positively develop the Roz & Mocha Show brand.
What you will bring...
  • Experience with audio production (ideally podcasts/radio background)
  • You\'ll need to have proficiency in using audio editing software.
  • You enjoy working on large audio projects and have a highly organized work style that can understand the audio needs of the show and deliver on those.
  • Strong time management skills and work well to focused briefs and production deadlines.
  • You\'ll understand how to promote digital audio and podcasts effectively and the ability to build additional social media and short form audio and video content to help drive audience to the podcast.
  • Have passion in the craft of storytelling, and the ability to synthesize and condense stories into knock out audio packages.
  • Live on-air experience behind the mic is desirable but not essential.
  • Creativity is at the heart of the show\'s success. You\'ll not be shy in offering up your ideas and opinions to help the show grow across all platforms.
  • A positive and optimistic outlook to the morning show environment. We have a "for the show" mentality and expect all team members to live into that mantra, regardless of their role.
  • Oh, and finally you\'ll need to be a morning person (or be ok with caffeine)... as you\'ll be working morning show hours!
