Join our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Digital Advertising Designer. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative, you will work with a talented team of designers and developers to design and execute on digital advertising experiences. We are looking for open minded designers looking to expand their skill set. Our team is driven to learning new concepts and being challenged regularly to work through new skills while designing and developing.

Hours: 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule

Employment Type: Full Time

Vacation: Two weeks paid (15 days)

Regular team meetups, recreational, sports, and team offsite events.

About this Opportunity:

In this role you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the creative team to assess, design and build interactive mobile advertising experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic and digital design, user experience and ideally familiarity with front-end web programming (HTML, CSS and Javascript).

What you\'ll be doing:

• Assist or take lead in the development and implementation of creative ad solutions
• Collaborate and ideate with sales representatives, account management, and senior staff
• Work with online HTML5 mobile ad builders, javascript libraries and APIs
• Research and ideate new ways to enhance the mobile advertising experience by leveraging various design libraries.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and cross-functional team members.

Skills:

• Ability to clearly communicate vision of design ideas
• Keen eye for visual aesthetics and details
• Fluent with using Photoshop, Illustrator
• Be able to learn and adapt quickly to new changes in development paradigms and libraries
• Recommended experience video editing software like Adobe Premier or After Effects
• Recommended experience working with HTML, CSS and Javascript
