Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nutritional programs for patients. This role requires a strong understanding of dietary needs and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to promote healthy eating habits. The Dietitian will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients.

Duties

Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans based on individual health needs and preferences. Provide education and counseling to patients regarding dietary choices, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with medical staff to integrate nutritional care into overall patient treatment plans. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions and dietary plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as necessary to achieve health goals. Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and trends to provide evidence-based recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; registered dietitian credential preferred. Proficiency in computer operation, including experience with electronic medical records systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and dietary plans.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
