We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nutritional programs for individuals or groups. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness through proper nutrition, while also providing education and support to clients in their dietary choices.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to evaluate clients' dietary needs and preferences.
Develop personalized meal plans that align with clients' health goals and medical conditions.
Provide nutrition education and counseling to individuals or groups, ensuring clear understanding of dietary recommendations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans for patients.
Maintain accurate records of client progress using electronic medical records systems.
Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and trends to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; registered dietitian credentials in Ontario.
Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer operation is essential.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
