Opening Statement

Th R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home is a Long-Term Care Home to 137 Residents and employs 280 staff in various Departments.

Skills & Abilities Required: refer to Dietary Aide on website

Applicants should have some experience in food service and its delivery. Experience in baking or cooking would be an asset. Food handlers course an asset. Regular & consistent attendance is essential.

Hours of Work

Casual



Cover Shift Gaps in Rotations i.e., sick or vacation time etc.,



10 hr., 8 hrs., 5 hrs. shifts (Days and Weekends) shift times: (6:30 am - 2:30 pm), (7am-5pm) (12:30 noon- 8:30 pm), and 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm (subject to change).

Salary

$18.4754-$18.7729 per hour (according to experience)

Vacation $, holiday $ (As per Department of Labor Guidelines for casual employees)
