What We're Looking For

We are seeking a

Dietary Aide Server

who shares our passion for supporting the well-being of seniors. You will play a vital role in creating high-quality, nutritious meals that are beautifully presented and tailored to our residents' dietary needs. In addition to cooking, you may also assist in food service and overall dietary operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and residents' dietary needs (including therapeutic and textured diets) Ensure meals are served on time, at appropriate temperatures, and in the correct portions Supervise and support Dietary Aides when the Chef is unavailable Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations Follow sanitation, safety, and quality assurance procedures at all times Participate as a valued member of our care team to ensure residents receive the best experience possible Maintain accurate records such as temperature logs, delivery receipts, and menu changes Make independent decisions on menu changes when needed (in the absence of the Food Services Manager)

Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Passion in quantity food preparation and service Certified Food Handler required Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Familiarity with dietary equipment and food safety protocols Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Respectful, compassionate, and resident-centered approach to care Physically able to lift 50lbs, squat, and stand for extended periods
