Diesel Fuel Injection Technician
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Diesel Fuel Injection Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with disassembly, inspection, calibration, and testing of fuel injection pumps, injectors, and related components.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and calibrate common rail, rotary, and inline diesel injection pumps and injectors
Use specialized test benches and calibration equipment to ensure proper operation
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Record test results and repair details accurately
Inspect and assess parts for wear or damage
Work with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in diesel fuel injection repair (Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Stanadyne, etc.)
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Familiarity with test benches and flow calibration equipment
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
