Job Summary

Forage Fusion Drilling is seeking

experienced Surface Diamond Drillers

to join our exploration team in

Botswana, Africa

. This role offers a 2/1 rotation with

all travel, camp meals, and accommodation fully covered

during rotation. We are looking for highly skilled drillers who value safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

This is a

dry camp

environment --

no alcohol or drugs

permitted.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate surface diamond drilling rigs Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs Operate with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity Assist with all phases of drilling and site preparation Guide, train, and support local drillers and trainees

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of surface diamond drilling experience

Valid

Standard First Aid & CPR

(preferred) Physically fit and capable of working in remote environments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Patience and willingness to mentor and train local personnel
