and procedures acts as a liaison with senior leadership,
physicians, staff, public, other
departments, and supplier
representatives prepares long-term and short-term goals
for the department including budgets and
staffing requirements looks for opportunities for engagement
with other facilities and organizations to
collaborate on programs responsible for equipment selection in
accordance with Broader Public Sector
procurement guidelines as well as
preventative maintenance assesses services provided to ensure
ERHHC is meeting the needs of the
community and expectations of referring
providers
organize and chair staff meetings and
echo quality meetings demonstrates effective supervisory skills
combined with exceptional problem
solving and change management abilities maintains CQI, risk management, safety,
and infections control practices ensures training and continued
competence of staff Acts as ERHHC representative to
Northeast Health Service Alliance (NEHSA) Acts as advisory Committee member for
College Boreal's Medical Radiation
Technology program Ensures alignment of imaging activities
with the hospital strategic plan in
accordance with our mission, vision and
values

This position offers a competitive compensation
package including paid vacation and sick leave,
health and dental benefits, life insurance and
pension plan. Starting wage is $51.731/hr to
$58.215/hr depending on experience.
