Nous recherchons un(e) Architecte DevOps et Securite hautement qualifie(e) et strategique pour diriger la conception, l'implantation et l'amelioration continue de pipelines de livraison securises, automatises et robustes, specifiquement pour nos solutions de gestion du cycle de vie des produits (PLM).


Vos responsabilites



Architecturer des solutions DevOps securisees pour le PLM : Concevoir et implanter des cadres DevOps robustes, evolutifs et securises, ainsi que des pipelines CI/CD adaptes aux applications PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras). Automatiser la compilation, les tests, le deploiement et la gestion de configuration des personnalisations, integrations et mises a niveau PLM. Strategie de securite PLM et implantation : Developper et appliquer des architectures de securite completes pour les environnements PLM, incluant chiffrement des donnees, controle d'acces, gestion des identites, gestion des vulnerabilites et modelisation des menaces. Securite automatisee dans les pipelines PLM : Integrer des tests de securite automatises (SAST, DAST, SCA) et des controles de conformite dans les pipelines CI/CD afin de detecter et reduire proactivement les risques. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pour le PLM : Concevoir et implanter des pratiques IaC pour le deploiement et la gestion de l'infrastructure PLM, assurant constance, repetabilite et securite. Surveillance et reponse aux incidents (PLM) : Mettre en place des systemes avances de monitoring, journalisation et alertes pour les applications et infrastructures PLM, avec un accent sur la performance, la disponibilite et la securite. Elaborer et ameliorer les plans de reponse aux incidents specifiques au PLM. Conformite et gouvernance des donnees PLM : Assurer que les environnements PLM et les pratiques de gestion des donnees respectent les reglementations pertinentes (ITAR, EAR, GDPR, HIPAA) ainsi que les politiques internes. Conteneurisation et orchestration (PLM) : Concevoir et deployer des strategies de conteneurisation (Docker) et d'orchestration (Kubernetes) pour les composantes PLM, visant la securite, la performance et la scalabilite.



Votre profil et experience



Baccalaureat en informatique, technologies de l'information, cybersecurite ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 8 a 10 ans d'experience en TI, dont au moins 5 ans dans un role dedie a l'architecture DevOps ou securite. Experience averee comme architecte CI/CD securisee pour des applications d'entreprise complexes, incluant une emphase forte sur les systemes PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras). Comprehension approfondie de l'architecture PLM, des modeles de donnees et des cadres de personnalisation. Connaissance avancee des principes de securite : securite reseau, securite applicative, securite des donnees, IAM, chiffrement. Experience pratique avec les plateformes infonuagiques (AWS, Azure, GCP) et la securisation d'applications cloud-native. Maitrise des outils CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Harness), des outils de gestion de configuration (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) et des outils IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation). Competences en scripts d'automatisation (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarite avec Docker et Kubernetes. Excellentes competences en communication, collaboration et vulgarisation technique.

Atouts

Certifications liees a la securite ou au cloud (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, etc.). We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic DevOps & Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, automated, and robust delivery pipelines specifically for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.




Your role






Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure DevOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines tailored for PLM applications (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras). This includes automating the build, test, deployment, and configuration management of PLM customizations, integrations, and upgrades. Develop and enforce comprehensive security architectures for PLM environments, including data encryption, access control, identity management, vulnerability management, and threat modeling specific to PLM data and processes. Automated Security in PLM: Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) and compliance checks into PLM CI/CD pipelines to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for PLM: Lead the design and implementation of IaC practices for provisioning and managing PLM infrastructure, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and security across environments.
Monitoring & Incident Response (PLM): Establish advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for PLM applications and infrastructure, focusing on performance, availability, and security incidents. Develop and refine incident response plans specific to PLM security breaches. Compliance & Governance for PLM Data: Ensure PLM environments and data handling practices comply with relevant industry regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, GDPR, HIPAA) and internal security policies. Containerization & Orchestration (PLM): Design and implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) strategies for PLM components, optimizing for security, scalability, and efficiency.



Your skills and experience



Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a dedicated DevOps or Security Architecture role. Proven experience as an architect designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines for complex enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras).

Extensive knowledge of security principles and practices, including network securityapplication security, data security, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing cloud-native applications and infrastructure. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Harness), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef), and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,200 - $156,310 /year
