Curinos is looking for a DevOps Engineer who will work side-by-side with the Engineering, Platform, Development, IT and Operations teams to improve our build and release infrastructure, automate the various promotion processes that we have internally and optimize containerized, highly available production environments.

Candidates should expect the following responsibilities:

• Will maintain, enhance, and optimize our on-prem and AWS infrastructure
• Will assist with the design and deployment of highly available infrastructure to meet functional and security/compliance requirements
• Using Terraform, Helm etc. to create IAC-driven deployments of new tools and technologies.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to complete assigned projects.
• Will work with DevOps and Solution architects to identify the correct solution to business challenges.
• Own and debug various software and platform issues.

This is a full-time position and will play a critical role completing our DevOps roadmap, working alongside other DevOps team members and IT Resources

Qualifications

Candidates should have the following background, skills, and qualities:

• 5+ years of DevOps experience in a production environment
• 4+ years of AWS experience designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions
• 2+ years experience with tooling service/application monitoring dashboards
• Proficient with AWS Cloud \xe2\x80\x93 EKS, EMR/Spark, S3, RDS, IAM, auto-scaling, Lambda etc.
• Proficient in Terraform , Helm, Configuration management tools.
• Exposure to implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitOps on ArgoCD, FluxCD or Harness.
• Proficient in Databricks / EMR platform and any experience debugging Spark jobs will be a definite advantage.
• Strong programming experience with writing Python, Groovy, shell scripts etc.
• Experience maintaining Helm templates
• Experience working with pipeline scheduling and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and working independently or immersed within teams with no boundaries
• Ability to prioritize and handle parallel issues in addition to completing other assigned work
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required
• Prefer individuals with AWS associate/professional certification and/or CNCF certification
