Role overview

We are seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team! This role will be for Cognizant\'s Infrastructure practice.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Writing GitHub Action CI/CD pipeline YAML scripting and developing Action templates for reusability purpose.
• Good Experience in Git Architecture, commands, Branching and Merging strategy and GitHub Administration.
• Building application pipeline with end-to-end knowledge - good experience on integrating the pipeline stages which should include build, test, scan and deployment.
• Good Experience in tools like GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Experience in integrating tools in build pipeline like Angular, Maven, Junit, SonarQube, JFrog/Nexus.
• Building IaC pipeline with end-to-end knowledge using Terraform.
• Building reusable Infrastructure as code (IaC) modules using Terraform \xe2\x80\x93 Infrastructure automation.
• Designing, Architecting, Implementing DevOps in support of application environments.
• Creation of a roadmap for implementation.
• Designing of platforms and frameworks to create consistent, verifiable, and automatic management of the application environments.
• Creation of build, publish, and release pipelines.
• Experience in various Azure cloud services like Azure App Services, Logic App, Azure Functions, Storage Account, Key vault, apim, app insights, alerts, SQL DB, Event Hub.
• Experience in python script and writing GitHub custom actions.
• Experience in Linux commands.
• Jenkins build and deploy knowledge. (How to run builds and analyse logs).
• Trouble shooting skills.

What you bring to the role

Must-Haves:

• Azure DevOps, Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform, GITHUB Actions, Azure, Nodejs/ ng commands for AngularJS builds

Good to have:

Integrating in CI/CD pipeline of tools like Selenium, SonarQube , Fortify , Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana.
