What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Director, Software Configuration Management & Change Planning, as a DevOps Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining DevOps pipelines for a suite of applications within the Client Servicing Technology line of business. You will play a key role in the migration of applications to GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC), integrating DevOps pipelines with ServiceNow to streamline operations, and supporting the implementation of new security tooling.Maintain and optimize existing DevOps pipelines within both Enterprise Tools 1.0 (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Fortify, BlackDuck) and Azure DevOps environments. Assist in the migration of up to 17 applications to GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC), ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines. Integrate DevOps pipelines with ServiceNow to automate ticketing, incident management, and other IT service management functions. Support the transition to new security tools (HashiCorp Vault, Snyk, Fortify, BlackDuck). Collaborate with developers, Project Managers, various levels of management and the DevOps team to ensure smooth pipeline operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in DevOps environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Contribute to documentation and process improvements. Implement and maintain Salesforce DevOps pipelines for CI/CD Manage Salesforce metadata, version control Automate deployments and manage release cycles across Salesforce orgs (Production, UAT, Sandbox, Development). Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce deployment issues

How you'll succeedDesign and development - Perform and coordinate complicated DevOps activities for the migration of applications to GHEC. Strategic planning - Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that align with the bank's vision, strategy, and business goals. Lead multiple complicated projects involving backend systems, new technology, and the enhancement of existing applications. Leadership skills - Act as the mobile development team lead and run code-review sessions with the wider team to ensure the project is on track to meet goals. Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.

Who you areYou can demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Fortify, and BlackDuck. You have Expertise in Azure DevOps (Azure Git, Microsoft-based build, packaging and deployment DevOps tools). You have Strong Shell Scripting, PowerShell, and Python skills. You can demonstrate Experience with SonarQube (on-prem tool managed by the team), Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC), Experience in integrating DevOps pipelines with ServiceNow for automation and workflow management. Some experience with Salesforce DevOps, Build & Release Management, or CI/CD for Salesforce. Some understanding of Salesforce metadata API, SFDX (Salesforce DX), and Salesforce CLI. Build Tools: Maven, Gradle, Microsoft Build. Packaging: RPM, InstallShield. Operating Systems: Windows, Redhat Enterprise Linux. Containerization: OpenShift Container Platform, Docker, Kubernetes.
