Hamilton, ON (OFGH Group Home)Responsibilities & Requirements
Provide support and complex care for adult clients in a group home setting. Administer medications as required and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and behavior management. Develop and implement individualized programs and goal-focused activities. Maintain detailed case notes and reports. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client safety and well-being. Demonstrate physical strength, mobility, and endurance for client care and activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

CPR and First Aid Certification
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
TB Test Results
Complete Immunization Record

.Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
working as a DSW or CYW (complex care experience preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
Experience:
Working with persons with developmental disabilities: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred) Broad Record Check (preferred) UMAB Certification (Full certification of 3 days) (required) DSW Diploma (preferred)
