Responsibilities & Requirements

Provide support and complex care for adult clients in a group home setting. Administer medications as required and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and behavior management. Develop and implement individualized programs and goal-focused activities. Maintain detailed case notes and reports. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client safety and well-being. Demonstrate physical strength, mobility, and endurance for client care and activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

working as a DSW (complex care experience preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
