ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Impact recruitment has partnered with an established real estate developer that has been in the business for over 9 years. They have recently taken on 2 massive projects with a couple more prestigious projects in their pipeline.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is rare opportunity to join an established and successful team as they are in an huge period of growth with a lot of projects moving through the pipeline, would get to work on full cycle development on a range of diverse and significant projects. You as an experienced Development Coordinator, will be able to hit the ground running but will have exposure to all aspects of the project and have the opportunity to learn from true professionals in the industry.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Some of your day-to-day tasks would include:

• Due diligence
• Feasibility studies
• By-laws of certain municipalities
• Pro-forma analysis
• Document management
• Keeping the flow of communication open and clear between all parties
• Building and maintaining relationships

Working with architects and engineers
Development permits
Building permits
Tendering for GC

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years in a Real estate development related role
• Has a solid understanding of the development process
• Vancouver experience an asset
• Ideally some high-rise development experience
• Masterplan experience an asset
• Must want to learn and grow with the company

COMPENSATION

• Salary range of $70,00o to $90,000
• Medical and dental benefits
• 3 weeks vacation
