Banking Client is seeking a Developer - Generic - 5 to support its transition to a cloud-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) system as part of the Cloud IDP Entra Migration initiative. As part of the GIAM IAM Engineering team, this role will play a key part in migrating from legacy ForgeRock solutions to Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory. Must-have skills include expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), strong knowledge of MFA onboarding, and experience in DevOps development. This high-impact role provides exposure to various business units and regulatory frameworks, particularly related to U.S. compliance.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years of experience as a Security Analyst and Developer
2) 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access in a large enterprise environment
3) 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Graph
4) 3+ years of experience with PowerShell scripts
5) 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GISF, GSEC will be considered an asset
2) knowledge on technologies about web access management, authentication, single sign-on , authorization and identity lifecycle management, such as on SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, LDAP, MFA, REST and API Gateway integration.
3) knowledge on technologies about cloud computing, Windows server operating system, directory system, networking and system monitoring
4) 1+ years of experience with Azure Key Vault, secret & certificate management for application integration in Entra ID.

• Superior problem-solving skills to resolve work issues with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong communication both verbal and written and good interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners
• Microsoft certifications related to Entra ID or MS security will be considered an asset

Best VS. Average Candidate:
The best candidate will have strong DevOps experience along with Entra ID experience. The Hiring manager highly prefers experience with Azure Key Vault.
