• Driving a shared service strategy and performance culture

\xc2\xb7 Relevant IT experience (SDLC- Waterfall / Agile) preferably within a financial domain
\xc2\xb7 Experience in solution design
\xc2\xb7 Agile solution delivery
\xc2\xb7 Proven working experience in Java development and Software development.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in Spring framework Transaction Management
\xc2\xb7 Good to have knowledge in MuleSoft
\xc2\xb7 Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Relational Database
\xc2\xb7 Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
\xc2\xb7 Experience with GIT, Eclipse
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of XML, JSON and its usage within API and Microservice implementations at scale
\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, WebLogic Application server or JBoss
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing (Cucumber/Litmus, JUnit)
\xc2\xb7 Able to contribute to 1. Automation 2. Causal analysis 3. Develop shared/common solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills (both to a technical and non-technical audience)
