Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detail Manager to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As a Detail Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the cleaning team, maintaining quality control, and fostering a positive work environment. The lot manager will also ensure proper vehicle merchandising and maintain a dealership standards set by the owners and Ford Canada. The lot manager will be a working manager and will have day to day duties, as well as managing their staff and detail shop while meeting department deadlines set by managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff to uphold quality service and maintain high levels of performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for staff.
• Lot layout and vehicle merchandising.
• Preparing new and used vehicle for lot including detailing and accessories.
• Maintain high dealership standards for cleanliness, snow removal, lot maintenance.

• Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating a team while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
