In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques. Ensure all surfaces, including windows, carpets, and upholstery, are spotless and well-maintained. Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products suitable for different surfaces.
