Rebar Detailer Manager

to join our team. If you have

5+ years of experience

in rebar detailing, with at least

2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

, and want to work on some of the largest and most complex projects in the market, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the rebar detailing department. Lead, train, and mentor a team of rebar detailers using CAD and RebarCAD (or equivalent software). Review and approve shop drawings, bar lists, and placing drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards. Coordinate with project managers, estimators, fabricators, and field personnel to resolve detailing issues and maintain project schedules. Ensure all detailing deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations. Implement and maintain department standards, workflows, and best practices for efficiency and consistency. Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to clarify design and reinforce constructability. Manage workload distribution and track project progress to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in rebar detailing, with at least

2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD, RebarCAD, or similar detailing software

. Thorough understanding of

ACI, CRSI, and ASTM standards

, and reinforced concrete construction practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
