Job Summary:



We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and versatile individual to join our team in a multi-functional support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks and takes pride in delivering top-quality work. The primary responsibilities include automotive detailing, shuttle driving, and providing general support in our lube bay. Key Responsibilities:



Detail Department:


Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing. Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces for optimal visibility and appearance. Apply protective treatments to paint and upholstery as needed. Inspect vehicles for damage or service needs prior to detailing. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is cared for properly.

Shuttle Driving:


Provide safe, timely, and friendly transportation for customers in the afternoons. Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained.

Lube Bay Support:


Assist technicians with light maintenance tasks and general shop duties. Help maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the service area. Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:


Previous experience in automotive detailing, customer service, or vehicle maintenance is a plus--but we're willing to train the right person. Strong attention to detail and a passion for doing things right. Dependable, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work on your feet and perform manual tasks throughout the day. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for shuttle driving duties.
