Summary

We are seeking a Detailer/Drafter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our design and construction projects within the Telecommunications sector. The Detailer/Drafter will play a key role in creating detailed drawings and packages for our fabrication facility using Advance Steel software.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed fabrication and installation drawings and schematics for Telecommunication projects. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy in designs. Review project specifications and incorporate necessary changes into drafts. Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference. Utilize software to create precise technical drawings that meet industry standards. Assist in the development of project documentation as required.

Requirements

Proficiency in CAD software (Advance Steel in particular) or similar drafting tools. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in technical drawings. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts. Previous experience in structural steel or mechanical desing or related fields is an asset but not mandatory.
