We are seeking a Detail Supervisor to join our rentals team at our Edmonton West location. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.



What You'll Do:

• Oversee and develop a team of detailers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Manage shift schedules to ensure optimal work coverage and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure that all vehicles are detailed to a high standard and delivered on time, maintaining a commitment to quality and reliability.
• Monitor vehicle availability and prioritize customer requests to meet their needs efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy, secure, and well-organized workspace that promotes productivity and safety.


What You Bring:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in detailing and/or shop, warehouse, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and performance reviews
• A valid driver's license with a clean record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
