Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training in cooking techniques and food handling practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Stay updated on industry trends to continually enhance menu offerings.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential. Familiarity with restaurant management practices and kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Experience working in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards.
