We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Desktop Technician II to join our team.


In order to deliver our exceptional services, we need dedicated and enthusiastic, hard-working, and customer service-oriented technicians- that\xe2\x80\x99s where you come in! Your role will include unparalleled technical support for one of our clients, allowing them to experience the best support available within the industry. What We Need & What You\'ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Test and image desktops and laptops.
  • Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals.
  • Ability to set up, configure and add all hardware.
  • Assist client internal IS technicians with large IMAC\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Provide technical support to end-users via telephone and in person.
  • Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes. Assist coworkers in the resolution of end-users\xe2\x80\x99 technical issues.
  • Manage (Service Now / Clear vision) ticket queue constantly throughout the day.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A+ Certification Required.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on technical knowledge of laptop and desktop design and software installation.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT support field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Possess 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a break/fix environment. Able to lift heavy equipment. (PC\xe2\x80\x99s, monitors, printers.) Strong verbal and written communication skills. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Experience with Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet browsers and Email clients.
