```Duties```
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
- Set up and configure computer networks, including LAN connections
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software upgrades
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with end-users and team members
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems for issue tracking
- Strong customer service skills to provide prompt and efficient support to end-users
