As a Desktop Platform Management Specialist, you\'ll oversee the SCCM environment for an enterprise organization while assisting other teams with a variety of support functions. Successful candidates will have 5 years\' experience managing desktop platforms with SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot and can hit the ground running if placed into a new role.Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization\'s desktop platform using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all desktop systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Implement and manage software updates and patching processes to ensure the security and functionality of desktop systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the desktop platform and associated applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the desktop platform, including system standards, procedures, and configuration details.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing desktop platforms using SCCM (5+ years), Intune, and Autopilot.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with Office 365 administration and support.
• Familiarity with software updates and patching processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
