Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for end-user systems and devices. The role involves troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot OS-related issues (Windows 10/11), application failures, and network connectivity problems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory.
Deploy, configure, and support Intune, SCCM, and imaging solutions.
Handle escalations, root cause analysis, and documentation of resolutions.
Collaborate with other IT teams for infrastructure or security-related tasks.
