ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Designer at Salt, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team. Your understanding of graphic design, coupled with your experience in marketing campaigns, will contribute to shaping compelling visual experiences. This position requires someone who can collaborate effectively and assist in translating the company's vision into engaging graphic content.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate on the entire design project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Generate innovative concepts and ideas while managing and refining design projects and drafts.
• Produce original artwork and provide constructive feedback on Junior Graphic Designers\' work to ensure quality.
• Develop both digital and print designs to meet our marketing requirements.
• Design a variety of visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and infographics.
• Maintain the integrity of brand consistency across diverse marketing projects.
• Foster smooth communication between the marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Propose efficiency improvements and implement streamlined processes proactively.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Possess at least 3-5 years of experience in a digital/advertising agency or graphic design studio.
• Demonstrate a proven track record as a Designer, supported by a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Display a solid grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and page layout, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, and other relevant tools.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, exceptional time management, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Embody effective leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding the creative team collaboratively.
• Cultivate a receptive attitude towards constructive feedback, actively seeking to enhance design skills.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively.
• Possess the skill to convey complex and innovative concepts creatively to internal experts and clients.
