We are expanding our national market position and seeking a strong leader to join our team as a

Designer

at our Moncton, New Brunswick location.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional graphic design skills, with bilingualism being a significant asset. This role demands a creative individual who excels in collaborating with major brands to develop new and creative ways to utilize their marketing materials, while adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring high attention to detail. This role will collaborate closely with internal account project managers to create designs that meet clients' expectations and assist in developing catalogs and working assets for national programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design

:Help Lead the creation of high-quality graphic designs for national franchise projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and client expectations.

Collaboration

: Work closely with account project managers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client specifications.

Detail Orientation

: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all design work, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

Catalog Creation

: Assist in developing and designing catalogs for growing brands, ensuring visual appeal and accurate reflection of brand standards.

Trend Awareness

: Stay current with design trends and industry best practices to provide fresh and modern design solutions.

Logo Design

: Create innovative logos for new and existing clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of branding principles.

Software Proficiency

: Use industry-standard design tools to produce high-quality designs, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Adaptable to learn and utilize industry specific design tools.

Bilingual Advantage

: Utilize bilingual skills (English/French) to enhance communication and design effectiveness for a diverse client base including complete french drawings and communication to our Quebec/french speaking clients.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven Experience

: 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with some experience in a leadership role.

Technical Proficiency

: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flexi) and other relevant design software.

Attention to Detail

: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, precise designs.

Creativity

: Strong creative skills to develop innovative designs and logos that resonate with clients and adhere to brand guidelines.

Team Collaboration

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with account project managers and other team members.

Bilingualism

: Fluency in English and French is a significant asset.

Portfolio

: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including logos, catalogs, and other branded materials.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
