The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients from the initial consultation through to the final installation, designing and selling custom cabinetry solutions that delight our clients and meet our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients, including homeowners and designers, to understand their vision and requirements. Create beautiful and functional designs using design software (e.g., Cabinet Vision) and present detailed layouts and 3D renderings. Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement, showroom visits, and follow-ups. Build and nurture a network of industry contacts and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with our production team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and selling custom kitchens or cabinetry. AutoCAD: min of 2 years (Must) Proficiency with design software (e.g.2020Design). Strong sales track record and excellent communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the GTA for client meetings.

What We Offer

Work Schedule

Full-time, 3-6 days a week, with rotating Saturdays and a weekday off in lieu. Flexibility for occasional extended hours based on client needs.
