For over 20 years, Datahex has been supporting food industry businesses with software solutions and consulting services focused on food safety and quality.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a freelance graphic designer to help us create professional, cohesive, and impactful visuals. This role is key to supporting our presence across the web, digital campaigns, and industry events.

Working closely with our marketing team and under the supervision of the Marketing Director, you will contribute to the design of visual content that reflects our brand identity across multiple formats and communication channels -- online, in print, and on-site at trade shows and conferences.

Your responsibilities



Create high-quality visuals for digital campaigns: Google Ads, LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, etc. Design print materials such as brochures, client documents, and product sheets Develop the visual identity for trade shows and events (banners, signage, posters, booth visuals) Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with communication goals and brand guidelines Maintain visual consistency across all digital, print, and event materials Manage projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders (content, leadership, sales) to refine deliverables Prepare and deliver optimized final files for both digital and print formats Stay up to date with trends in B2B design, event branding, and UX/UI

What we're looking for



Native or professional-level in English & French Degree or certification in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B context or in the food industry A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital, print, and event projects Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Framer Knowledge of format constraints for web, social media, large-scale print, and trade show displays Familiarity with UX/UI, motion design, or web tools (HTML/CSS, animation) is a strong asset Creativity, autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
