As POW Engineering continues to grow, we need to add talent to our base of outstanding professionals. We are always accepting resumes throughout the year and will find a spot for the right candidate, however sometimes we are actively seeking candidates to fill specific roles. We have in-house structural, mechanical, welding, controls, and civil engineering disciplines. We also have in house welding, machining, and fabrication. We will look to puzzle in the right candidates or fill positions whether it is full time, or a co-op.

Designer (Engineer or Technologist)

In recent history, POW has worked on Swing and Lift Bridges, Large Gantry Cranes, Concert Stages, Boundary Layer Wind Tunnels, Specialty Rotating Structures, Steel Super Structures, Entertainment Rides, Tuned Mass Dampers, Mobile Mining Equipment, Automated Material Handling Equipment, Robotics, Heritage Sites, New Buildings, and many more projects where our unique set of skills are required.


We are looking for candidates who will be eager to try their hand on different projects to hone their engineering and design abilities that are in line with their personal career interests.
