Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, technically skilled, and experienced in modular or construction design? Join our team at the forefront of modular manufacturing innovation as a Design Estimating Coordinator (DEC). You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our buildings are costed, designed, and built -- starting from accurate bills of materials and design estimates.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze drawings and specs to prepare material estimates
- Use Revit, AutoCAD, Excel and/or Navision-compatible tools to create BOMs
- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Materials Teams
- Finalize material data for procurement and production
- Influence smarter sourcing and repeatable standards

What You Bring:
- Strong reading of architectural plans
- Revit, Excel & AutoCAD proficiency
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Navision ideal)
- Modular construction experience
- Excellent organizational skills
