Location - This role is in-person at North Campus, Edmonton.
Position Summary
Design & drafting lead is responsible for designing and implementing innovative, customized add-ons for Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms-primarily Autodesk Revit-to optimize drafting workflows, accelerate project delivery, and reduce human error through automation and enhanced functionality.
Responsibilities: * Revit API development and automation

• BIM data management and customization
• UI/UX and add-in interface development
• Debugging, testing, and quality assurance
• Collaboration and requirements gathering
• Documentation and code maintenance

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of BIM software tools
• Skills in the use of Autodesk Revit for 3D modelling
• Analytical and problem-solving skills within the context of design and drafting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
