We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their design needs. You will utilize your organizational skills and administrative experience to manage client interactions and support the design process effectively. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Duties



Engage with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements. Provide expert advice on design options and solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain organized records of client interactions, preferences, and project progress. Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office for data entry and bookkeeping tasks. Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and greeting clients. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents. Support the team with administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow within the office. Assist in customer support initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills



Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and organizational tasks. Previous clerical experience with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in customer support roles, preferably within a medical or dental office setting. Knowledge of Google Workspace applications is a plus. Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is highly desirable. Bookkeeping experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
