Key Areas of Responsibility As a member of the Fully Managed Team, you’ll be working alongside world class tech talent, stretching your abilities by solving complex problems. You will be working in a supportive environment that celebrates wins and learns from losses, helping every member of the team to consistently deliver their best work.

• Working beside our Solution Deployment Specialists you will be assisting in the successful deployment of technology projects for Fully Managed clients.
• Assist with post project hand-off between departments. (Professional Services to Service Delivery)
• Assist with post-deployment support cases for a wide range of Microsoft centric products prior to project closure.
• Assist end users adopt new, modern solutions on a project basis.
• Create accurate documentation of client environments, known issues, and client information
• Participating in internal meetings to ensure the success of our national Professional Services team

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Post-secondary studies relating to IT (e.g. Networking, Systems Administration)
• Minimum of 1 completed Azure related certificate in the past 2 years.
• Combination of 2+ years of progressive experience in an IT-related field related to systems administration, solutions implementation and/or support
• Experience and/or certifications with one or more of the following:
  • Active Directory (Azure and legacy)
  • Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
  • Microsoft Server deployments
  • Azure and legacy TCP/IP networking
  • Hyper-V & Azure Virtual Machines
• Demonstrated knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices
• Proven problem-solving ability to work rapidly in high pressure situations
• Exceptional demonstrated English verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel occasionally
