Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SB2BI), Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and related deployment pipelines. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely deployments across all environments while maintaining release branch readiness and collaborating closely with development, QA, and operational teams.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute deployments for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway across multiple environments.

Ensure release branch readiness and compliance with established governance processes.

Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to validate deployment artifacts and configurations.

Maintain deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues during promotion to higher environments.

Oversee complex deployment cycles, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to release schedules.

Document deployment processes and provide continuous improvement recommendations.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SB2BI) and Sterling File Gateway (SFG).

Strong understanding of deployment pipelines and release management practices.

Knowledge of scripting, automation tools, or CI/CD frameworks is a plus.

Proven ability to manage complex deployment cycles and enforce release governance.

Familiarity with artifact management, configuration validation, and environment promotion.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.



Preferred Experience

Previous experience in large-scale enterprise integration environments.

Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
