Position Title: Department Secretary 6 Department: Medical Imaging Work Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Hours of Work: 7.5 Hour Shifts
What you will do:
\xc2\xb7 Provide minutes for meetings hosted by Administrative Director, Medical Director, DI Regional Council (as needed) and departmental operational meetings . Provides planning/coordinating support to leadership in MI/DI at GRH and SMGH \xc2\xb7 Must maintain confidentiality, security and privacy \xc2\xb7 Coordinate, plan and organize peer review, rounds and educational activities/material for Radiologists \xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring payment/invoices are coordinated for Radiologist fee for services back to GRH accounts payable \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain departmental audit and tracking logs \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with staff, radiologists, external departmental leadership and physicians \xc2\xb7 This position is not required to be on-call, but may be required to support urgent issues as they arise. The position may require working flex hours in order to support the needs of the programs \xc2\xb7 Provide Medical Imaging booking support as needed Prepares and distributes agendas/minutes to committee members (including submit minutes to Chief of Staff Office What we are looking for: \xc2\xb7 2 Years Community College, plus 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar environment \xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management and organization skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask in a high paced environment \xc2\xb7 Must be able to adapt quickly \xc2\xb7 Proficient computer skills including Microsoft platform based programs i.e. Microsoft Word, excel, PPT, etc. \xc2\xb7 Mathematical aptitude Good attendance record
