Your opportunity:
The Centre for Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies is located in downtown Toronto, the perfect location to experience and participate in all kinds of performance. We hold high standards for the students in rich academic programs, both graduate and undergraduate. Our centre is in the process of moving into a newly designed facility in the Laidlaw Wing of University College. In addition to the Helen Gardiner Phelan Playhouse, we will be moving into newly designed theatre, studio and seminar spaces that will enrich the creative and intellectual exploration of our students and faculty, all supported by our technical and production staff. With a combination of seminar courses and practical streams, our centre emphasizes the integration of academic and practical work in our holistic pedagogical approach to classical through contemporary theatre and performance, and a range of emerging research paradigms in theatre and performance studies.
Reporting to the Director of the Centre, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the Centre\'s strategic planning and directions, including managing the operations, human resources and finances. The incumbent will work closely with the Director in planning and establishing administrative policies and procedures, and will be responsible for the implementation of these policies. This role will also be responsible for the daily management of the Centre\'s administrative office.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
University degree in business, economics, and/or financial management or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
