While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.You lead by example and are accountable. • Building sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially, and other relevant job duties.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, and oversee our people program.
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and coordinate truck deliveries.
• Implement and support McDonald's marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

• Completion of High School education
• Intermediate reading, writing, and math skills
• Several Years (2+) in Quick Service Restaurant leadership experience
• Supervisory experience in McDonald's is preferred

This position may be extended beyond the initial term and could involve overlapping responsibilities with other roles.
