We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Denture Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various technical operations within our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of denture processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Technician will be responsible for relines, repairs, denture setups, model duplication and processing. 3 Years of denture experience is a must and you must be currently able to work in Canada. Candidates that do not meet these requirements will be rejected automatically.
Responsibilities
Duplicate all denture working models
Collaborate with Senior Denturist and RDT regarding the doctor rx forms.
Maintain clean workspace.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all technical operations.
Skills
Proficiency in fabricating dentures, partials relines, setups, processing, fitting and polishing.
Familiarity with laboratory procedures and protocols.
Knowledge of dental terminology and can read the doctor prescription is a must.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Licensed denturist would be the ideal candidate. They would have the potential to see patients that are referred to by the lab.
