About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Denture Technician to independently create complete and partial dentures from start to finish. This is a piecework position, so pay is based on the number of cases completed.

Key Responsibilities:

Make complete and partial dentures, plus related dental prosthetics. Perform all steps: setting teeth, waxing, finishing, polishing, and adjustments. Work from impressions and models to ensure accuracy and fit. Follow case notes and instructions for each project. Maintain high quality, meet deadlines, and keep your workspace clean.

Requirements:

3-5 years' experience in denture fabrication. Skilled in both digital and traditional techniques. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail. Good time management and ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Compensation:

Paid per case completed (competitive rates based on experience and complexity).

Hiring Process:

Shortlisted candidates will complete an unpaid mock/test case to assess skills and quality before hiring.
