Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care and treatment. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall health. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the office. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the practice.

Skills

Proficiency in using dental software systems, particularly Epic and Dentrix. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. Experience in pediatrics is preferred, with the ability to work effectively with children. Previous dental office experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for creating dental restorations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Pay: $86,000.00-$372,929.85 per year
